The selection criteria can be found on the individual websites of the associated business schools. If you click on the info mail (see below this page under the logo) you will directly be forwarded to the program information of the business school or university that is specifially interesting for you. Students from developing areas who meet the selection criteria can be nominated for a Kofi Annan fellowship.
Criteria for selection of a country where students might come from: the KABS Foundation uses of the criteria of the United Nations when it concerns the definition of developing countries.
The schools select prospective students on the basis of documents that prove academic excellence and a motivation letter that demonstrates both social responsibility and a clear business orientation. Once a fellowship is granted to a prospective student, the business schools associated within the Kofi Annan Business Schools Foundation are responsible for the actual enrolment procedure into its master or MBA program, as well as arranging tickets and visa, and providing housing and insurance.
